Company Headquarters:  We are headquartered in Hong Kong (China) with additional operations in Bangalore (India), in London (United Kingdom) and in Cambridge, Massachusetts (United States)

Share Ownership:  We are a privately held company which is majority owned by our founders, board members, and executive managers.  A minority shareholding is owned by Indachin Limited, a leading business design firm based in Hong Kong. 

Board Composition:  Our advisory board includes current and past partners at Warburg Pincus, McKinsey and Company, Bain and Company, and Ernst & Young as well as current and past directors and senior executives at Bank of Communications China, Hong Kong Telecom, JP Morgan, Schroders, Bank Julius Baer, BNP Paribas, and Capgemini.  An overwhelming majority of our board members are also personal shareholders in Previewseek.  

Annual Report:  The next investor annual report will be distributed in July 2006 to all the shareholders on record as of June 15th, 2006.
